Brian Lee Coles was born to Lester G. Sr. and Virginia (Gonzalez) Coles on June 3, 1978 in Abilene, TX. He departed this life on August 29, 2025 in Oklahoma City at the age of 47 years.

Brian made his home in Oklahoma City for 2 years. He atended Schertz High School in Texas and graduated with the Class of 1996. On March 18, 1998 he enlisted in the United States Air Force. He was employed in the IT department as a Client Systems Craftsman, Communication Computer Systems Operations and the Cable/Antenna Systems. During his tour he received the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, USAF NCO PME Graduate Ribbon and the Small Arms Expert Markmanship Ribbon. Brian proudly served his country until he was Honorably Discharged on October 19, 2011. He was also the first Air Force amputee to return to Active Duty. In his spare time Brian enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting.

Brian is survived by his parents Lester Sr. and Virginia of Moore, (2) sons: Xavier Coles and Caden Coles of San Antonio, TX. (2) brothers: Lester Coles Jr and wife Sandra of Oklahoma City, Dennis Coles. Nieces and nephews: Cassidy, Sierra, Bryce and Tyson, numerous aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
