Gayle Ann Carpenter, age 70 of Macomb, passed away on June 11, 2019 surrounded by the love of her family. Gayle was born on April 29, 1949 in Eastpointe, Michigan to William and Dorothy Dusseau. She later went on to meet the love of her life, James Carpenter, on her 18th birthday. They married two years later and spent 50 beautiful years together. Gayle loved to read in her spare time, as well as go boating with her family. She enjoyed visiting lighthouses and traveling with her family and friends. However, most important to her was her family, and dear grandchildren. Whom she hoped to see graduate, but will from heaven guarding over them. Loving wife of the late James Carpenter; beloved mother of William Carpenter, Karyn (Justin) Diebel, and the late Jamie; proud grandmother of Isabelle, and Elizabeth; dear sister to the late Harold. Gayle will be also missed by her dear furry friends; Shaddy, Bella, Zeus, and Tonka. Visitation on Saturday, June 29th from 11-2PM. Funeral Service at 2PM.
