Carla Diane Keener was born to Charles and Rita (Willingham) Powell on October 21, 1965 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She gained her heavenly wings on August 21, 2025, at the age of 59 years. Carla grew up in Moore, Oklahoma. She attended Moore High School and graduated with the class of 1983. She held many jobs during her lifetime. The work activity center at a young age. Then she worked at Tinker Air Force Base as a helper later in life. Also, Walmart as a greeter. Carla enjoyed many visits from family and friends during her stay in Poteau for 2 years. She lived in Roland, OK for 11 years near her sister in Van Buren, AR. Her sister Donna saw her daily and took her to her grandmother Louise's house for the first time in 20 years in 2007. There were many outings with Carla's niece and friends from Sequoyah East in Roland to the casino, restaurants, and Walmart. She was very happy, smiling, and always greeting everyone. Carla loved visiting with everyone. She was a social butterfly. She loved hair bows, the color pink, and makeup. She enjoyed playing bingo and Uno with her friends. She enjoyed attending church. She also enjoyed singing and listening to music. Elvis and Loretta Lynn were her favorites. Carla was very fortunate to go to Disney world in 2007 with Donna. It was a trip of a lifetime and she never forgot it. She loved everything Disney!

She is preceded in death by her mother Rita, brother Charlie, Grandma Louise, Papa Ernest Willingham, Aunt Marilyn Gholson, Step Grandpa Leroy Clinkenbeard, Niece Kerri Larsen, Great Aunts Venita, Betty, and Bobbie and Great Uncles Herbert and Delbert.

She is survived by her sister Donna Willmon, niece Jennifer Larsen, nephew Kyle Larsen, Great Nephew Jaxxcyn Larsen. Cousins Melissa Wilson, Lori Neidel, and Justin Neidel. Uncle Steven Clinkenbeard, Great Uncles Harold and Darrell Standridge. And many other cousins and relatives. She loved them all.
