Wesley Lawrence Carrell

Wesley Lawrence Carrell, 54, of Lewistown passed away at his home on Saturday, May 25, 2019.  Wes was born July 20, 1964 in Casper, Wyoming to Larry and Kathleen (Kawamoto) Carrell.     Wes attended grade schools in Casper, WY; Spring, TX; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Hobbs, NM and Englewood, CO.  He graduated from Cherry Creek High School in Englewood, CO in 1982 and attended the University of Wyoming for a year and a half.   Wes worked construction on the Central Arizona Project for several years.  He continued working in Arizona on different jobs and spent the last two years there working as an exterminator of killer bees.    Wes enjoyed collecting guns, coins, die-cast cars and everything automotive.  He loved animals, especially his cats, and he was a reptile freak.   Wes is survived by his parents, Larry and Kathi Carrell.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents; sister, Rebecca Kathleen Carrell; uncles, George Carrell, Lloyd Carrell and Randy Kawamoto.     A Celebration of Wes’ Life will be held Monday, June 3, 2019 at the Creel Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m.  Interment will follow at the Lewistown City Cemetery.  Memorial donations can be made to CMMC Hospice or the CMMC Foundation.   Arrangements are under the care of Creel Funeral Home.  Wes’ family and friend share memories and condolences at www.creelfuenralhome.com
