It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of David John 'Punky' Warren, at the age of 76 years old, on July 24th, 2025, after a long struggle with cancer. He leaves behind his best friend and partner Teresa, his children, Terry Warren (Lori), Jennifer Corlett (Shannon), Robert Corlett (Dina), and Tim Corlett (Lorna). The adoring Papa to his grandkids, Tristyn, Madison, Mia, Matteo, Massimo, Mackenzie, Todd, Nicole, and Nick.

The family would like to thank Dr. Burgess, his nurses, Cheryl, Barb and John, and all the PSW's that helped care for Punky.

Arrangements entrusted to Kendrick Funeral Home. As per Punky's wishes, cremation has taken place, and donations in his memory may be made to The Erie Shores Hospice (197 Talbot St West, Suite 210
