Passed away surrounded by the love of his family, Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Erie Shores Healthcare at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband of Elisabeth Elias (nee Neufeld). Loving father of Peter (Mary) Elias, Jake (Trudy) Elias, Henry (Katie) Elias, Abe (Anna) Elias, Isaak (Martha) Elias, Helena (Bernie) Wiebe, Frank (Judy) Elias, Nancy (Frank) Heide, Mary (Dan) Wiebe and George (Susie) Elias. Special grandpa to 33 grandchildren. He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation for Johan will be held at Kendrick Funeral Home (17 Little St. S., Wheatley) Monday, July 28 from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Reinland Fellowship Mennonite Church (21371 Coatsworth Rd, Coatsworth, ON) Tuesday, July 29 at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
