Eileen M. Dormuth

May 3, 1955 – July 5, 2025

Eileen M. Dormuth, 70, of Lawrenceville, NJ, passed away on July 5, 2025.

She was born in Philadelphia, PA, to the late George and Catherine Dormuth. Eileen earned a bachelor’s degree in Education and Music from Chestnut Hill College in 1977, and a master’s degree in Instructional Systems and Performance Technology from Penn State Great Valley in 1995.

Eileen worked with a wide range of companies—from small businesses to large corporations—focusing on leadership training, curriculum development, and instructional design.

She was a talented musician, serving as Concertmeister with the Chestnut Hill College Orchestra and performing with a community orchestra. Eileen was a gifted artist and also a skilled craftsperson who enjoyed crocheting, quilting, and needlepoint. She especially liked antiquing with her husband, Walt.

Eileen is survived by her husband Walter Parker Jr., brother Jim Dormuth (Angie), niece Kirbie Ann Borowski (Mark), nephew Adam Dormuth (Laura) and great nieces and nephews Maddie, Eli, Cate and Conrad.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.

A remembrance service will be held at Wilson-Apple Funeral Home, 2560 Pennington Rd. Pennington, NJ 08534 on Saturday August 9 from 10 AM - 11 AM with a prayer service starting at 11 AM.
