Kendra A. Lohnes Goff, age 50, of Pekin, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025. Born August 14, 1974, in Normal, Illinois, to William “Bill” Lohnes and Geri Hatfield Lohnes. Kendra was a fun-loving wife, sister and daughter.

She graduated from Normal Community High School in 1992 and went on to earn a Certificate in Travel and Tourism from Lincoln Community College. Kendra worked for 23 years at State Farm Insurance in Bloomington and also followed her passion as a part-time travel agent, specializing in cruises. Her love of adventure led her to co-found Goff We Go Travel Agency alongside her dear friend and travel buddy, Aimee Hansen Pearson, who she shared many cruises with.

Kendra married Rob Goff on September 27, 2003. She spent the last 22 years living in Tremont. After leaving State Farm, she embraced her creativity by working with her mother at Lone S Embroidery, designing and crafting custom shirts, hats, and engraved items that reflected her eye for detail and personal touch. Kendra was also an avid baker, creating cakes and cookies for parties and weddings, and she loved photography. Kendra and her husband also worked together for many years as DJs for many weddings and parties in the Peoria area.

Kendra is survived by her loving husband, Rob; her mother, Geri Lohnes; her brothers, Chad (Krista) Lohnes and Josh (Laura) Lohnes; five nieces and nephews, Shelby, Auggie, Adler, Lily and Greta as well as many cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Lohnes, and her grandparents.

A Memorial Service/Celebration of Kendra’s life will be held at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Eastside Bible Church in Morton, Illinois, where loved ones will gather to share memories and find comfort in one another.
