Donald E. Dupuis Obituary

Donald Edward Dupuis, 91 of Dalton, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025. He was born in Berlin, New Hampshire on May 11, 1934. He was the only child of Adrien Dupuis and Yvonne (Mercier) Dupuis.


Donald worked as a Logger with his father for many years. He also owned and operated a Tractor/Trailer for many years. Afterwards, he operated Heavy Equipment for Berkshire Pittsfield Septic until his retirement.


Don enjoyed motorcycle riding with Janie as his Co-pilot on their many trips with their friends.


Donald leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Jane Therese (Bagiackas) Dupuis, whom he married January 26, 1952. He is also survived by his six children, Mark Dupuis, Therese Rock (Bill), Catherine Blake (Willy), Christopher Dupuis, Gregory Dupuis (Helen), Diane Marcella (Ron Jr.), along with twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.


FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held, Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM with a calling hour at 10:00 AM, both at St. Agnes Church 489 Main St., Dalton, MA 01226. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to Elder Services of Berkshire County in care of the Dery-Foley Funeral Home, 890 E. Main St. Dalton, MA 01226
