Philip Byron Pratt, 43, of Tullahoma TN, passed from this life on July 5, 2025. He was born to Harvey and Carol Pratt on April 20, 1982. Philip loved the outdoors and was always busy using his Eagle Scout skills to hunt, fish or build something. He was very active with his children in the Scouting community and was very proud to watch them develop into Eagle Scouts. Philip loved to travel and go on adventures! He enjoyed kayaking, hiking, and finding new places to explore. More than anything, Philip loved his family. He was a beloved father, brother, uncle, and friend to so many. His favorite thing to do was gather all the ones he loved and cook a big meal. This might have taken hours to prepare and extend well past dinner time, but it was worth the wait! Philip was known for his big smile, sweet spirit, and helping hand to anyone that needed it. To know Philp was to love him, and if you knew him, you were his friend. Philip was the guy who always knew a guy. He used those connections to pull people together and created a huge community of people that all bonded over one friendship. He was so loved, and he will be so missed. Philip was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Pratt. He is survived by his two beautiful children, Isaac and Emmaline Pratt and their mother, Jessica; his father Harvey Pratt; siblings Michael Pratt, Stephanie (Shannon) Amos, Amy Pratt (the late Chad Croft), Anita (Jerry) Wilkinson, and Patrick (Madina) Pratt; nieces and nephews Chandise (Timothy) Orr, Bryce (Nicole) Amos, Brittany (Kevin) Conn, Kai Croft, Ava Wilkinson, Arya Pratt; and great- nieces and nephews Brennan Pratt, Kinsley Amos, Blake Amos, Liam Amos, and Ellison Conn. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 11th from 3pm-9pm. His memorial will start at 5 pm. This will be held at The Homestead Way, 452 Motlow Rd, Tullahoma TN. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Isaac and Emmaline Pratt college fund https://gofund.me/a2a60165 so the children can continue their education at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
