Cheryl Conrad, 70, of Columbia City, passed away on Saturday, July 5th, 2025. She was born on June 28th, 1955, to Luanna & Robert Hawley. Cheryl loved her two poodles, Cash and Blaze. Blaze was named after her favorite slot machine at the casino, Blazing 7’s, and Cash was named after all the cash she won! Cheryl retired part-time working for MedPartners. Before her tenure at MedPartners she worked for Lincoln in Fort Wayne for 28 years. She is survived by Husband Michael Conrad; her children, Ryan Hawley, Alicia Hawley, and Lauren Hawley; her Mother Luanna Hawley; and Granddaughter Brooklyn Hakes. She was preceded in death, by her Father, Robert Hawley; Grandmother, Cletus Eady; and Father of Children, Richard Vachon. Celebration of Life on 7/20/2025 from 12-4pm at Morsches Park (1035 IN-205 #205 Columbia City, IN, 46725) in Columbia City inside the closed pavilion.
