Patricia Ann “Patti” Price, 60, of Portsmouth, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 5, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer.

She was born March 4, 1965 in Portsmouth, a daughter of Robert Norman Runyon of Lucasville and the late Ruth Ann Kennison Runyon. Patti attended Valley Local schools and was a former STNA, a career she was passionate about.

In addition to her mother, Patti was preceded in death by her infant sister, Brenda Kay Runyon, and by the father of her children, Carl Randy Price, to whom she was married for 11 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Courtney Renee (Warren) Price of Portsmouth; her son, Randy Allen Price of Portsmouth; a very special grandson, Cameron Price of Portsmouth, who she helped raise until her cancer diagnosis; a special granddaughter, Mya Jean Littleton of Waverly; her siblings, Peggy Andronis of Lucasville, Dean Runyon of Lucasville, Debbie Gray of Lucasville, and Jeff Runyon of Minford; her dad, Robert Runyon of Lucasville; her lifelong friend Lanette Barker of Wheelersburg, who she met while working as an STNA; and several nieces and nephews.

Patti shared a love for music and for getting tattoos. The love that she had for her children and grandchildren was unwavering.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Owl Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville.
