Kathy Kinzer Obituary
Kathy Kinzer, age 75, of Au Gres, Michigan, died Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab Center in Saginaw, MI. Kathy Ann Schraudt was born April 25, 1950. She was the daughter of the late Peter and the late Genevieve (Petibone) Schraudt. Kathy grew up in Armada, MI, and was a graduate of Armada High School, Class of 1968.
She earned her licensure and training in real estate and went on to own and operate Market Value Real Estate in Imlay City, MI. Kathy loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was always helping others and enjoyed relaxing by the water, watching the boats float by.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Frank) Nothelle of Imlay City, MI; her son, Brian (Mindy) Kinzer of Imlay City, MI; her grandchildren, Myranda Kinzer, Claire Kinzer, Allison Nothelle, and Nathan Nothelle; and her brothers, Ken (Cathy) Schraudt of Davison and Peter Schraudt of Port Huron, MI. She is also survived by her beloved partner, Don Chesney of Au Gres, MI.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for September 6, 2025, at the Goodland Township Hall in Imlay City, Michigan (details to follow).
