Betty Jean Neville Ornsbey, 89 of Burlington passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025.  She was a native of Orange County. She is the daughter of the late Maryland Glen & Tiney Ragan Neville and the wife of the late Leo Ornsbey. She was also preceeded in death by her sisters, Glenda Copeland, Agnes Rigsbee and Debbie Paschal. She is a retired sales clerk with Bell’s Department Store for over 25 years and was the owner of her own cleaning service for 25 years as well.

She is survived by her son, Bobby J, Ornsbey & Wife Carol, daughters Bonita Talley, Lori J. Ornsbey, Annette O. Day and husband Jerry; grandchildren, Brent Talley and wife Lauren & Jacob Talley; great grandchildren, Reynolds, Olivia and Jordan Talley; brother;  Albert “Bunny” Neville and wife Debbie and her precious grand dog, Sparky
