Deborah Gielow age 74, of Beloit WI, passed away peacefully on July 5th 2025, surrounded by the love of her family and friends.
A woman of grace, kindness, and quiet strength, Debbie was best known for her deep faith and joyful spirit. She was a devoted member of Calvary Tabernacle, where she found both spiritual fulfillment and a cherished community.
Outside of church, Debbie found great joy in spending time with her friends. Whether it was a long phone call, shopping or going on weekend trips, she treasured connection and made everyone feel special in her company. Her laughter was easy, her heart generous, and her friendship unwavering.
She is survived by:
Her children: James Gielow and wife Nadine Gielow, Kimberley Matney and husband Joseph Matney, Matthew Gielow and Shannon Yuhas.
Her grandchildren: Christopher Borum, Nick Matney, Joe Gielow, Jennifer Matney, Katie Gielow, Shaun Gielow, Ryan Gielow and Jaxon Gielow.
Her great-grandchildren: Cooper Matney, Sofia Matney, Aiden Borum, Braydon Borum, Charlotte Borum, Elijah Matney, Ethan Sirio and Divinity Martinez
Her siblings: Joseph Misek, Sharon Passarelli, Pat Davis and Bob Misek.
She is preceded in death by: Her parents, Joseph Misek and Lorraine Kuntz Her spouse, William Gielow
A celebration of Deborah Gielow is life will be held at Young Funeral 1650 Huebbe Parkway Beloit WI on July 12, 2025 with visitation beginning at 2:00 pm. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend and share in honoring her memory.
