Audra Lee Byers, 71, born November 11, 1953, to Pauline and the late Fred Adkisson in Harlan County, Kentucky, passed on July 5, 2025, being one of their beloved eight children. Audra was a beloved mother to all, who loved to feed everyone with her delicious cooking. She was also a devoted Christian and long-time member to Grace Fellowship of Lexington Church. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of 54 years Terry Byers; her children April Byers, Melody (Adam) Meadows, Sarah (Chris) Phillips, and Matthew Byers; her grandchildren Branden Byers, Jared (Dedra) Byers-Clevenger, Chase Byers-Arnold, Landyn Byers-Arnold, Jackson Byers, Wyatt Arnold, Shelby Meadows, Byers Campbell, Elijah Meadows, Madison Byers, Gabriel Meadows, and Gemma Byers; her great grandchildren Braylen Byers, Elaina Byers, Annalise Goddard, and Scarlett Clevenger, and a host of brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. A visitation will be held from 10:30-12:30pm on Monday, July 14, 2025, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Harrodsburg Road, with a service to begin at 12:30. Burial will follow at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Pallbearers will include Matthew Byers, Branden Byers, Jared Byers-Clevenger, Chase Byers-Arnold, Landyn Byers-Arnold, Jackson Byers, Wyatt Arnold, and Braylen Byers.
