Errol Stewart was born on November 3, 1960 to Robert and Laura Stewart in Chicago, IL. He attended West High School in Denmark, TN. He was a dedicated laborer at Dudley Recycling in Jackson, TN for over 30 years. He also helped with the remodeling of Jackson Scrap Metal when the company took over. Errol loved his work family at Jackson Scrap Metal. He remained there until his death.


To know Errol is to love his strength, love and unwavering support. He was a great man who led with wisdom and value. No matter if he was at work in the yard or outside on the town, he was sure to make you laugh with his amazing sense of humor. His presence brought joy and comfort to everyone around him. He was always dressed to impress, well-spoken and always ready to support the people he loved. He was not just a great father, he was a true friend, a natural protector, and the heart of this family. He was a devoted man, loved deeply, fiercely, and faithfully.


Errol was preceded in death by: his father, Robert Stewart; sister, Lauretta Stewart; and brother, Reginald Stewart.


In his absence, he leaves behind: a mother, Laura Stewart, Jackson, TN, two children, Shaqunta Stewart, Jackson, TN, Chasitey Stewart; two stepchildren, Cornelius Thomas, Jackson, TN, Brittany Thomas, Jackson, TN; one granddaughter, Emonee Shelton; his siblings, Demetrius Stewart (Tina), Jackson, TN, Pamela Stewart, Jackson, TN, Micrin Stewart, Jackson, TN, and Anthony Stewart, Jackson, TN. He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
