Funeral services for Mrs. Sharon Allen Cupp, 71, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday July 5, 2025, at the Holly Ridge Assembly of God Church, 857 Holly Ridge Rd. Haynesville, LA 71038, with Bro. Terry Hughes officiating. The funeral will be an indoor service open to the public with no graveside service. Services under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Haynesville, LA

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 5,2025 at Holly Ridge Assembly of God Church.

Sharon was born on July 17, 1953, to J. R. And Lodie Bernell Allen in Springhill, LA and passed away on Wednesday July 2, 2025, in Homer, LA. Many of her friends called her Susie. She was a lifelong resident of this area, member of Holly Ridge Assembly of God Church, and was a long-time employee at Berry Global before retiring. She enjoyed hunting, quilting, and her cat named Copper.

She is survived by her husband, Gerry Cupp of Haynesville, LA; children, Chris Burrell and wife Jeri Lynn, and Corey Burrell and wife, Misty; grandchildren, Dalton and wife Addie, Daymon, Lucas, Laydon, Levi, Knox and Loic; brother, Chris Hovermale and wife Shelley; aunts, Frankie Foster and Betty Edwards and cousins. She is also survived by her husband’s children and grandchildren.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Ricky Lynn, James Wray and Sandra Allen.
