He also spent more than twenty years working as a welder in the winter months for Demco Manufacturing in Boyden, and driving truck for the Hull Co-op.
Marv was a life-long member of the First Reformed Church in Hull and a long-time member of the Hull Saddle Club. He and Betty were able to take numerous trips to Arizona, and in recent years, he enjoyed playing Snooker at the Senior Men’s Club in Hull and going golfing with his friends.
