Edna Mae McGregor 93, of Oakland City, IN entered rest on Sunday April 7, 2019 at Good Samaritan Home in Oakland City, IN. She was born on July 24, 1925 in Coe, IN to Otis and Alice (Batch) Durham. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Melvin L. McGregor on March 10, 2004. During Edna’s lifetime she sold for Scott Mobile Home Company, worked at the Gibson County License Branch for 14 years, and managed Nolan’s Liquor Store for 12 years before retiring in 1986. Her great passion was spending time crocheting and collecting Barbie Dolls. She was a member of the Crystal Font Rebekah Lodge where she served in several offices and a 50 year member of Eastern Star Lodge 142. She is survived by sons Wesley (Debbie) McGregor and Terry McGregor of Oakland City, IN. Grandchildren, Michael McGregor, Misty McGregor, Charlene (Wesley) Lynch and Karla(Eric) Hill , and 3 great-grandchildren . Services will be 1:00 P.M. on Thursday April 11, 2019 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with Rev. Frank Coleman will be officiating. Burial will take place in Blackfoot Cemetery near Coe.
