Marie A. (Gervasio) Griffin, 92, passed away Monday, June 9, 2025. She was the wife of the late James W. Griffin, Sr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Velia (Savastano) Gervasio.

Mrs. Griffin was clerk for the Outlet Department store for many years and a North Scituate resident for over 60 years. She was a member of the St. Joseph Church Women Guild and volunteered for several years at PPAC.

She is survived by her son James W. Griffin, Jr. and his wife Robin of North Scituate; her two granddaughters Alexandra and Madison Griffin; her great-grandson Colton Burch. She was the sister of Robert Gervasio and the late Frank Matthew, Raphel and Albert Gervasio.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 13, 2025 from 9:00-10:30 am in the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel of Patrick Quinn Funerals and Cremations, 643 Putnam Pike, Greenville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am in St. Joseph Church, North Scituate. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Johnston.
