Josefina Oliaga de Pando was born May 11th of 1931 in Asturias, Spain. She was the

oldest child of Damaso Oliaga and Encarnacion Gonzalez. She moved to Buenos Aires,

Argentina when she was18, where she lived for 70 years. She moved to United States

in 2018 where she lived until she passed in April the 26th of 2025. Josefina was a loving

mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she had a heart full of love for everyone

who came into her life. Her radiant smile lit up any room she entered. She had a sharp

memory and liked to show her love by remembering things that were important to

others. Everyone who knew her said she was full of joy.

She is survived by her children, Yolanda and Jaime Pando; grandchildren, Trini Rojas,

Luca Maccagno, Stephanie Pando de Miranda and Rachael Dorgan and her grand

children Mikaela, Vivian, Sebastian and Sol.

She always will live in our hearts.

Josefina Oliaga de Pando nació el 11 de mayo de 1931 en Asturias España. Era la hija

mayor de Dámaso Oliaga y Encarnación González. Se mudó a Buenos Aires, Argentina

cuando tenía 18 años, donde vivió durante 70 años. Se mudó a Estados Unidos en el

2018 donde vivió hasta su fallecimiento el 26 de abril del 2025. Josefina fue una

amorosa madre, abuela y bisabuela, tenía un corazón lleno de amor por todos los que

llegaban a su vida. Su radiante sonrisa iluminaba cualquier habitación en la que

entraba. Tenía una memoria aguda y le gustaba mostrar su amor recordando cosas que

eran importantes para los demás. Todos los que la conocieron dijeron que estaba llena

de alegría.

Le sobreviven sus hijos, Yolanda y Jaime Pando; nietos, Trini Rojas, Luca Maccagno,

Stephanie Pando de Miranda y Rachael Dorgan y sus nietos Mikaela, Vivian, Sebastian

y Sol. Ella siempre vivirá en nuestros corazones.
