Denise Eileen Damon, 84, of Pekin passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Accolade Health Care of Peoria.
She was born on April 7, 1941, in Oelwein, IA to Harley and Vera Mersch Borland.
Denise married Aaron Lee Damon on February 18, 1965, in New Hampton, IA; he preceded her in death on April 19, 2025. She was also preceded in death by an infant son, David Lee Damon; her parents; two sisters and one brother.
She is survived by her children, Valerie (Dan) Damon Dietrich, Jeff (Sheri) Damon; grandsons, Joshua Damon, Jacob Damon and great-grandsons, Anthony (Taylor) Damon and Andrew Damon.
Denise worked as a realtor for 32 years, retiring in May 2001.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin.
Cremation has been accorded and private services will be held.
Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or St. Joseph Catholic School in her name.
