Lois (Foster) Begin, 95, of Manchester, beloved wife of the late Joseph Begin, died peacefully on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at home, surrounded by her family.

Lois was born in Littleton, NH, on February 15, 1930, daughter of the late Wallace and Vera (Reid) Foster.

She leaves her son, Marc Begin and his wife Anita of Ellington, her daughters, Michelle Bouley and her husband Dennis of Wakefield, RI, and Marcelle “Marcy” DeCiantis and her husband Michael of Manchester, her grandchildren, Matthew Begin of Ellington, Jessica Begin of Papillion, NE, Erica Begin of Manchester, Melanie Bouley of Essex Junction, VT, Evan Bouley of Okinawa, Japan, Alicia “Ali” Rae of Manchester, and Joseph “Joe” DeCiantis of Kissimmee, FL, her great grandsons, Blake Hansen of Papillion, NE, and Casper Benoit of Essex Junction, VT, and her sister, Ferne Grammo of Littleton, NH.

She was predeceased by her great grandchild, Rae Tremblay-Webb, and five brothers, Lester Wheeler, Ralph Wheeler, Ray Wheeler, Leon Foster, and Everett Foster.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, 11 a.m., at St. James Cemetery, 368 Broad Street in Manchester, CT.
