Michele Rae Koenig Obituary
Michele Rae Koenig, 69, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.
Michele was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Delores Katerinos, as well as her brother, Jeff Katerinos. She is survived by her loving husband, Howard Koenig; her children, Jeremy Udovich, and Brian and Jessica Johnson; and her five cherished grandchildren: Jessie, Bricen, Kristopher, Aniyah, and Lucas. Michele also leaves behind her siblings, Mike Katerinos and Julie George.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Central Peninsula General Hospital for the compassion and care they provided during Michele’s final months.
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 7, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Challenger Learning Center of Alaska. All who knew and cared for Michele are warmly invited to attend.
