Cherylynn “Cheri” Shelton Rosenfeldt, 80 of Connestee Falls, North Carolina passed away peacefully at Transylvania Community Hospital on Saturday, April 26, 2025, after a brief illness.
She was born on August 18, 1944, in Milwaukee, WI to George Shelton and Lorraine Krauss.
In addition to her parents, Cheri was preceded in death by her son, Mark P. Rosenfeldt.
Surviving is her son, Michael Rosenfeldt (Cathe) of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Emily Forester and Jennifer Butcher (Nic) of Charlotte, NC, and Katherine Barwick (David) of Enfield, NC; great-grandchildren, Robert Franklin (Taralee) and Matthew Forester (Monse`) of Charlotte, NC, Maeve and Ada Barwick of Enfield, NC.
No formal services are planned at the request of Ms. Rosenfeldt.
The family would like to thank Dr. Cope and the ICU nurses at Transylvania Community Hospital for the care and compassion shown to Ms. Rosenfeldt during her illness.
