Takuo passed away on the morning of Sunday, April 27th. He was born in Tokyo, Japan but resided in the United States following his marriage to Waunita in 1961. He is survived by his wife, his two sisters, and his three children, Jun, Aiko, Andy, and their families, including seven grandchildren.
At this time, no funeral service is planned but friends are welcome to reach out and share memories with the family. Takuo loved teaching and remained an important part of many students' lives, well beyond the classroom. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Parkland Foundation, in Memoriam of Takuo Kinoshita.
He will be remembered for his humble, kind and gentle nature and his influence and love will continue to be felt by his students, friends and family.
