Cathleen M. Rayo Scott, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Sunday. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, John and Joan Marie Rayo and her sister, Linda M. Rayo. Cathleen is survived by her beloved dog, Thor; her sons, Christopher D. Scott and Nicholas R. Scott; her siblings, Susan M. Rayo, Joan (Geoff) Adams, John (Marianne) Rayo Jr., and Robert (Susan) Rayo; her nephew, Matt Rayo and several other nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Entombment will be private at the convenience of the family in Woodlawn Mausoleum.
