JOHNSON, Cheryl Doreen

October 4, 1940 – April 27, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear Mom, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. Mom loved God, her family and friends, enjoyed flowers, going to camp, church and anything with Bruce - her loving husband of 64.5 years. Although she was not able to physically go to church since covid, she regularly enjoyed services on TV, each Sunday.

Retired from the City of Sudbury, VP CUPE, she loved to babysit and earlier worked at Pawson’s Garage (family business), later called Sudbury Volkswagen.

She will be greatly missed by her loving husband Bruce Johnson,

her children – Ramona Elaine Johnson (predeceased), Sherri Sanfelice (Antonio DeCata), Rodney Johnson, Stephen Johnson (Susan),

her grand children - Corey Sanfelice (Britney), Cara Sanfelice (Marc), Veronica Martinez (Sebastian), Brandon Johnson, Alex Johnson, Jessica Johnson,

and her great grandchildren Chase Daoust, Colton Daoust, Forest Martinez.

Cheryl’s larger family included sisters Alanna Reckin (David), Janis Bradshaw (Ray), Kerri Larue (Ken),

brothers Dana Galardo (Andrea), Brent Galardo predeceased, (Anne), and many nieces and nephews.

Sister-in-law to Allan & Gladys Johnson.

Cheryl did not wish to have a funeral, just cremation.
