Cynthia "Cindy" Y. Shockley, 60 of New Port Richey, Florida passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. She was born to Donald McQueen and the late Janet Rader in Beech Grove, Indiana on January 23, 1965.

Cindy had a deep love for adventure and new experiences, which she expressed through her passion for travel and camping. Always eager to discover something new, she enjoyed dining at different restaurants and having something to look forward to. A natural planner and a tireless worker, she put her heart into everything she did all her life. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. She cherished holidays, bringing everyone together with her incredible cooking and warm spirit. In her quiet moments, she loved watching survival shows and scary movies, always drawn to stories of resilience and strength—qualities she embodied every day. 

Cindy leaves behind a husband Jonathon Shockley; children Amber Shockley, Nicole King and Matthew Shockley; grandchildren Daegan Shockley, Ryan Shockley, Alexia King, Coraline Shockley, Ashley Atkins, Atlas List and Maximus List; siblings Amanda Christian and Donald W. McQueen. She is proceeded in death by her mother Janet Rader and a sister Debbie McQueen.

Funeral Service and interment are private.
