Obituary
Edmore- Kimberly Kay Wrisley, age 59, of Edmore, passed away peacefully with her husband by her side on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. Born in Sheridan on November 10, 1965, to EJ and Anna (Nisonger) Allbee, Kimberly grew up in Blanchard and attended Montabella Schools. On September 10, 1983, she married Carl Wrisley. Kimberly dedicated many years to working as a cook and baker at Beardslee’s Restaurant and Alma College.
Kimberly cherished her roles as a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, always enjoying time spent with her family, who affectionately called her Squaw. Her hobbies included crafting, solving puzzles, camping, fishing, and appreciating John Deere.
Kimberly will be deeply missed by her husband, Carl; children, Bobbie Jo Conley of Alma and Carl (Sabrina) Wrisley of Sheridan; grandchildren, Jersey (Jestin), Brooke, Grace, Caleb, Greyson, John, Paisley, Alexia, Skylar, and great-grandchild, Camri. She is also survived by her siblings, Richard Allbee of Vestaburg, Darcie (Keith) Allbee-Hummel of South Carolina, and Melody (Marty) Allbee-Painter of Mt. Pleasant; along with many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were Kimberly’s parents, brother Duwayne Allbee, and sister Tamra Allbee-Martin.
A funeral service for Kimberly will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Edmore, officiated by Pastor Steve Hale. Family and friends are invited to gather on Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral chapel, and again on Monday from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
