Daniel “Snake” Clark, 70, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2025, at his Jacksonville residence.
He was a life-long resident of Jacksonville, FL and retired from Jacksonville Transportation Authority where he was employed as a diesel mechanic.
Mr. Clark was predeceased by his parents Wanda and Lonnie “Roscoe” Collins, Sr. and by a nephew, Travis Gibson.
He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Lonnie Collins, Jr. and Meagan; a sister, Judy Gibson; three nephews, Gerald Gibson, Shane Gibson (Beth) and Dalton Henderson; and his life-long friend, Ralph Gibson.
He loved all kinds of Chevrolets, fishing and snakes and had an interesting sense of humor. He would do anything to help people and cared for and loved his family.
There will be a ceremony for Snake at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 12, in the Chapel of Green Pine Funeral Home.
