Robert “Bob” Ray Baldwin was born on May 21, 1965 in Kadoka, SD to James Woodrow Baldwin and Sandra Rose Morrison. Robert made his journey to the Spirit World on April 27, 2025 at his home in Black Pipe Community.
Bob is survived by his mother, Sandra Morrison; sons, Jim Baldwin and Bradley (Raechel Herman) Baldwin; brother, Fred (Sheena) Arrow; sisters, Audra Baldwin, Christine Arrow, and Orlana (Cheyenne) Schmidt; nephews & nieces, Stacia, Echo (Trenten, Sr.), Patience (Louis), Journie, Payton (Hapun) Clairmont, Tristan (Jodi), Malorie, Tianni, Zion, Fred III, Eternity, Grayson Arrow, Fely Arrow, Jace (Darrin) Schmidt, July Schmidt, Scott Arrow, Jr., Shelby Louder; grandchildren, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
Bob was preceded in death by his grandparents, Slim & Edith Baldwin, Christine (Bill) Dunham, and Francis Morrison, Sr.; father, James Baldwin; aunt, Lorrain Waack; brothers, Christian “Tuffy” Baldwin and Scott Arrow, Sr.; nephew, Ryan Arrow; niece, Delanie Arrow; and close uncles, Brent & Donald Dunham, Charles Bonhorst, Francis Morrison, Jr., and Romeo.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Stoddard, Jace Schmidt, July Schmidt, Quentin Morrison, Jarrod Dunham, Elwood Broken Rope, Wayne Eagle Bear, Trenten Medicine Bear, Dale Medicine Bear, and Louis Macias.

Wake Services: Two night wake services starting at 12:30 PM, CT, Saturday, May 3, 2025 at the Ben Looking White Memorial Hall at Black Pipe Community in Norris, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM each night.
Funeral Services: 2:00 PM, CT, Monday, May 5, 2025 at the Ben Looking White Memorial Hall at Black Pipe Community.
