Mark Allen Rynearson Obituary

On Saturday, April 26, 2025 Mark Rynearson, loving husband, father, grandfather,

brother and uncle, passed away at the age of 70.

Mark was born in Lincoln, NE on June 6, 1954, to Jim and Barb Rynearson. He grew up

in Sheridan, CO. He graduated from Sheridan High School in 1972 and immediately

enlisted in the U.S. Navy. Mark proudly served his country for 10 years during and after

the Vietnam War.

Mark never met a stranger. His easygoing demeanor drew people to him. He enjoyed

his work as a Security Supervisor at Tyson Foods. Mark was an avid Colorado

Avalanche and Denver Bronco’s fan. He enjoyed doing projects around his home. He

loved to read, golf, fish and travel. Mark enjoyed, more than anything, time spent with

his family.

Surviving Mark are his loving wife, Peggy, daughter Andrea (Justin) Wild, grandson’s

Cody and Tanner Wild, twin brother Mike (Jeanne) Rynearson, sister’s Marsha (Bob)

Gentert and Michelle (Virgil) Hoffman, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Interment will be at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver, CO. Arrangements pending.

A Celebration of Life will be announced after final arrangements have been completed.

Mark thought fresh flowers and cards were wasteful. In lieu of flowers, if you are so led,

please donate in his memory to his church, Fowlers Springs Baptist Church in

Blountsville, to the building fund. Or consider a donation to the American Cancer

Society or other charity of your choice in his memory.
