Vera Ann Lair Hayes, age 67, passed on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Ochsner LSU Health in Shreveport, Louisiana.
A service celebrating her life and legacy will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025 at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 708 University Street, Alexandria, LA 71302.
Public Viewing and Visitation will begin at 10:00 am and continue until the start of service at 11:00 am.
She will be laid to rest in the Holly Oak Cemetery in Pineville, Louisiana immediately following the service.
