Malayah Kay Tagle, 4 months old


Malayah Kay Tagle (Bean) died April 26, 2025. She was born on January 1, 2025, weighing just 12 ounces, she spent her entire life showing the world what true strength and determination look like.


Though her time here was short, Malayah touched countless hearts with her fighting spirit, her sweet soul, and her ability to bring people together in love and prayer. She spent nearly four months in the NICU, where she fought bravely every single day, surrounded by the love of her parents, family and a community who cheered her on.


Malayah’s life was a gift. A reminder of resilience, hope, and the purest kind of love. She will be forever missed, forever loved, and forever remembered.


Malayah was preceded in death by her aunt, Briana Kay Banuelos; great grandmother, Cindy Eckenwiler; great grandfather, Ron Eckenwiler; and great aunt, Tracy Eckenwiler.


Malayah is survived by her mother, Destiney Deese; father, Jose Tagle; brothers, Jameison and Joziah Tagle; grandparents, Tammy Eckenwiler, Timothy Morris, Jose Banuelos, Esther and Davy Altman, Annette and James Dean; aunts, Amanda Dean (Tj Tarner), Macy (Andres) Solis, Cassandra Hearrea (Jesse), and Natalie Banuelos; and uncles, Mitchell Dean and Jose Banuelos, Jr.


Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 5, 2025 at Evergreen Cemetery.
