Niles-

Dolores Slick Tracy, age 94, passed away peacefully on 4/26/25. Her final days were spent surrounded by the love and comfort of her family.

Born 8/14/1930 in Apollo, PA to the late John Wesley Slick and Florence May Slick. She moved to Niles at the age of 11 and lived locally for the remainder of her life. She retired from Packard Electric in 1981.

Dolores will be remembered for her kindness, strong independent nature, unique style, and creative pursuits. Whether she was putting together an outfit, decorating her home, crafting, dancing, painting murals, making jewelry, creating cards, volunteering, or designing and working in her garden, she put her signature style on whatever she did, and it reflected her artistic spirit. She enjoyed delving into book research on topics of interest, such as bible scripture, lapidary, and jewelry design. Dolores enjoyed traveling and experiencing new adventures with her family.

She will be deeply missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Bill Spowart of Liberty and granddaughter Mariah Raschilla of Niles. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sons: Larry, Nick and Michael Raschilla of Niles, her brothers Harold and Dean Slick of Niles and beloved sister Maxine Sauricki of McDonald.

The family sends sincere and heartfelt thanks, gratitude, and appreciation to her many caregivers for their love, patience, and kindness. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to Staton-Borowski of Warren, OH. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Dolores will be laid to rest with her three sons at St Stephen Cemetery in Niles, OH.
