Nila G. Perdue, age 92, passed away April 27th,2025, in Perry, Ohio. She was born March 3rd, 1933, in Gallagher, West Virginia to Marion and Blanche (McDaniel) Lively.

Nila was a member of the Christian Bible Church in Madison, Ohio. She was a big sports fan and specifically loved the Ohio State Buckeyes. She also liked watching westerns, and anything that had to do with skating.

She is survived by her children; Harry R. (Beverly) Perdue Jr., Linda (Earl) Holloway, and Steven B. Perdue. Sister, Twila (Roger) Taylor. Brother, Jerry Wayne (Connie) Lively. Grandchildren; Earl (Angel) Holloway, Adam Holloway (India Jenkins), Amanda (Louis) Ebosh, Jennifer Perdue, Jonathan (Melissa) Perdue, Rayna Perdue, Jeremy Perdue, Alyssa Perdue and Kyle Perdue as well as numerous great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her furry companion of 15 years, her beloved dog Willie.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harry R. Perdue Sr., and her brothers; Darrell, Horace “Jeep” Lively, Boyd, and James Paul Lively.

Friends will be received Friday  May 2nd, 2025 from 10:00AM-12:00PM at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH, 44077. The funeral service will follow the calling hours at 12:00PM and the interment will follow at Perry Cemetery, 3840 Middle Ridge Rd. Perry, OH, 44081.
