Bonita Lynn Gray

September 2, 1952 - April 27, 2025

Surrounded by family, Bonita Lynn (Boyle) Gray passed peacefully to her home in Heaven on April 27, 2025 at the Dr Everett Chalmers Hospital.

Predeceased by her parents Florence (Duplisea) and Arthur Boyle, husband, Randy Webb, her brother, Ronald Boyle, sister-in-law, Marsha (Kirkpatrick) Boyle, and nephews Preston and Christopher Boyle. Also predeceased by Randy’s siblings, Edison Webb, Merlyn Webb and Karey Webb.

Survived by her husband of 29 years, Gary Gray, who lovingly cared for Bonita through all of her health challenges. Her daughter, Crystal (Ivan) MacDonald and two grandsons, Tyson and Nick.  Her older sister, Linda (Wayne) Nason and twin sister, Brenda (Gary) Carr. Gary’s children, Kim (Kirk) White, Gary (Errin) Gray Jr., and Cindy Nason. Several step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bonita is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law in the Gray and Webb families. 

Bonita’s life began on the Rooth Road in Tracy. She was the more mischievous twin with an indomitable spirit!  As a young mother, she attended college to become a hairdresser and then an entrepreneur owning her own shop for several years. 

Bonita was a loyal customer at the Sunbury Diner and enjoyed spending time with friends there.  Her dog, Panda, and cat, Fluffy, were loving companions when her health made it difficult for her to leave home. 

Bonita was a faithful follower of Jesus and attended the Tracy United Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for several years. 

Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 6 to 8 pm at the Tracy United Baptist Church.  The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 1pm from the Tracy United Baptist Church with Pastor Maurice Hatfield officiating.

At the family’s request, donations can be made to the Tracy United Baptist Church or The Community Fund (Which provides support to local families at Christmas time).
