Mr. Johnnie G. Nichols, age 72, of Lafayette, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. Funeral Services for Johnnie Nichols are scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 1 PM, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Reverend Tylor Whittemore and Reverend Landy Presley officiating. Interment will follow in The Shrum Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 10 AM until 9 PM, and on Wednesday from 9 AM until service time at 1 PM.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Kathy Wix Nichols; father, Graylon Nichols, and brother, Jack Nichols.
