Valree J. Algee was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 20, 1929. Val attended Libby high school where she met her husband John Algee II., and years later she gave birth to three children John Algee III, Kay Thompson, and Marquita Algee (Jo). She was employed at Libbey glass, Val enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Val's hobbies were reading, yoga, listening to music, eating candy and doing crossword puzzles. She loved her church and was dedicated to being a receptionist at St. Martin De Porres. Val loved to say 1.2.3 as a reminder of how many times she loved you!

Preceded in death by her parents Chris Moore and Hazel Wright, her husband John Algee II, her son, John Algee III, her grandson, John Algee IV, her sister-in-law Viola Graves and her mother-in-law Margaret Scott.
