Shane Evans Willinger, 38, passed away on April 23, 2025, in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Shane was an amazing husband and father. Shane dedicated his life to his enormous talent as a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, and visual artist. Though Shane has passed, his music will continue for years to come. He loved his children, family, and friends more than anything in the world.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Rosalind Marshall, Rev. Dr. Calvin Bromley Marshall III, Sylvia and Arthur Herzig; and Mother-in-law, Vadora Spidle. He is survived by his wife Veronica Willinger; children, Nakai Golden-Willinger, 14, Orion Golden-Willinger, 9, Violet Olivia Willinger, 4, (May 20); parents, Edward Willinger and Sharon Marshall; sister, Jana (Joseph) Roth; nephew, Raymond Roth; nieces, Amara Roth, Ruby Roth; aunts, Michele (Reuben) Weisz, Edythe Marshall, Monica H. Marshall; uncles, Jay Willinger (Susan Doktor), Chad Marshall Thornhill; step-grandmother, Delma Marshall, along with many loving cousins, family, and friends.
