Billy J. Collier 84, went to eternal rest on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Norton Women's and Children Hospital.

Visitation with family and friends will be from 10-12 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2025 at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1349 Catalpa Street.

Funeral will follow at 12 p.m. Friday at the church.  Burial will take place in Green Meadows Cemetery.
