It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our Mother, Beryl Rosamund Walker Lynas at the age of 96, predeceased by husband Wesley Walker. Beryl was surrounded by her loving family on April 26, 2025, at The Queensway Carleton hospital, in Ottawa. Born in England on November 27, 1928, Beryl lived a life full of love, creativity, and kindness. A talented artist and a devoted mother of Susan, Jennifer, George, Richard, David, Janet and Helen. She was a vibrant presence who touched the lives of many. Her legacy lives on in her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her generosity, her active spirit, and her unwavering support for all those around her. Her warmth and compassion left a lasting mark on everyone she met.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Beryl Rosamund Walker - Lynas  may be made to The Good Companions, Ottawa, an organization close to her heart. On our beautiful Mother's request,  it will be a private service for family.
