Born in Wilmington, DE, on October 3, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Geraldine Ann (McVeigh) Romano.
Lisa worked in food service.
She is survived by her longtime companion: David Tilley of North East, MD; her children: Michael and Alisha; and brother; Paul Romano of Baltimore, MD.
