Charlene Kay (Frisbie) Strecker, age 85, former Lake Stanton resident, died late Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Intersect Healthcare in Cedar Springs. She was born May 22, 1939. Charlene was preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. Strecker; daughter, Debbie Van Putten; sister-in-law, Geraldine Robach; and brother-in-law, Bruce Anderson. She is survived by her sons, Ernie Strecker of Stanton and Greg (Kathy) Strecker of Harvard; grandchildren, Erica (Andy) of Stanton, Kelly of Lansing, Tara of Gowen, and Amy (Paul) of Ionia; many great-grandchildren; brother, Warner Frisbie of Walker; sisters, Lois Andersen of Stanton and Linda (Gordon) Andersen of Six Lakes; and sisters-in-law, Arlene Cunningham of Belding. No public services will be held.
