William Alvis “Bill” Andrews, 80, of Graham, NC passed away at his residence on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
A native of Alamance County, he was the son of Walter Thomas Andrews and Onie Thompson Andrews, both deceased.
Bill worked at the Vocational Trades facility in Burlington and was of the Baptist faith. He truly loved music, especially gospel music and anything by Elvis. He cared deeply for his family and loved collecting old ID pictures of his loved ones.
Survivors include his sister, Patricia Rhodes; a brother, James “Jimbo” Andrews; nieces, Rebekah Rodriguez (Gabriel), Denise Long, and Penny Deas; nephews, Jay Andrews, Duane Andrews, Russell Handy, and Mark Smith. He was preceded in death by his sister, Edna Handy (Henry); brothers, Boyd Andrews (Betty), Max Andrews (Jean) and Willard Andrews; and his nephew, Jeff Andrews (Pam).
A funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 1:45 -2:45. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Church in Kimesville, NC.
