Billy Ray Price, 69, husband of the late Sharon Kaye Ryan Price, died Saturday, April 26, 2025 at his residence. Born December 6, 1955 in Georgetown, he was the son of the late Lewis Price, Sr. and Mary Perkins Bishop. He was a farmer, a member of Hustonville Baptist Church, and enjoyed hunting, farming, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include one daughter Daphnie Dawn (Todd) Woodrum of Lincoln County, one son B.J. Price also of Lincoln County; one brother Lewis (Becky) Price, Jr. of Harrodsburg; seven grandchildren: Alexis (Robert) Berry, Jessica Woodrum, Katelynn Woodrum, Allyson Price, Michalynn Woodrum, Owen Woodrum, and Riley Price; several nieces and nephews and his loving dogs Max and Jasmine also survive.

He was preceded in death by one son Michael Lynn Price.

Funeral services will be held 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Andrew McGinnis officiating.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
