Mary Brinsko, age 68, of Necedah, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the 3 o'clock Hour of Mercy during Holy Week of Easter.

Mary was born on March 31, 1957, in Madison, Wisconsin, to Vincent and Antoinette (Caltagerone) Accardo. She graduated from Madison West High School. In 1984, she was united in marriage to John Brinsko at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Adams. Together, they were blessed with five children: Alan, Ray, Nicholas, Christian, and Eric. A woman of deep faith, Mary cherished learning about her Catholic beliefs and raising her children within them. She was deeply devoted to Jesus Christ, her Savior, and to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Mary prayed the Rosary daily and was a faithful member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Necedah. She lived her faith fully, offering her sufferings for the salvation of others, always praying for souls with a meek and humble heart.

Mary is survived by her children: Ray, Nicholas (Caroline), Eric (Elisabeth), all of Necedah, and Christian of Clearwater, FL; four grandchildren: Adam, Alexander, Elena, and Veronica; and her siblings: Frances (David) Paltz, JoAnn (Lyle) Claussen; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved son, Alan; her brother, Carl Accardo; and her sisters, Therese Cuccia and Nina Accardo.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 2001 S. Main St., Necedah. Father Wesley Janowski will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
