Neva M. Fiske, 90, of Sayre passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, April 27, 2025 with her son, Benjamin Fiske, granddaughter, Monica Fiske and best friend, Marge Brobst by her side.
She was predeceased by her parents, Chester and Elanor Roof Lampman; her brothers, Phillip (Lori) Allen, Jimmy and Raymond; her sons, Richard Mark Fiske, Daniel Mark Fiske, Jeff Fiske and Anna Marie Scow; and her grandson, Jerimy.
Neva is survived by her children, Nancy Cook of UT, Benjamin Fiske of Sayre and Bonnie (Roger) Flandro of UT; her grandchildren, Kevin and Lisa Fiske, Andrea Campbell, Monica Fiske, Jason Fiske, Devon Fiske, Christopher Allen and her Utah grandchildren; her numerous great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Neva was born in Towanda, Pennsylvania and enjoyed gardening, her flowers, playing cards, painting pictures, playing games, cooking and having parties. She enjoyed sneaking off on ice cream dates and fish fry Friday’s with her son, coloring with her great grandson’s, Braxton and Atreus. She enjoyed shopping trips, can rides and meeting new people. She was a member of the Salvation Army in Sayre.
A celebration of Neva’s life will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Salvation Army, 351 Fulton Street, Sayre, PA followed by luncheon. The family is being assisted by the Blauvelt Funeral Home, 625 Broad Street, Waverly, New York.
